Tom Caddick – Managing Director
Tom Caddick serves as the Managing Director of Nedgroup Investments’ international businesses in London and the Isle of Man. Tom oversees the firm’s international operations, chairs several committees, and is a board member for multiple entities within the organization, including its UCITS structures.
Apiramy Jeyarajah – Chief Commercial Officer
Appointed as Chief Commercial Officer in 2023, Apiramy Jeyarajah leads the global commercial strategy outside South Africa. At Nedgroup, she serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for Nedgroup Investments (UK).
Tracey Wiltcher – Chief Operating Officer
Tracey Wiltcher, the Chief Operating Officer, has been with Nedgroup since 1993 and is responsible for operations in the Isle of Man. She combines decades of experience in fund administration and HR with strategic oversight.
Simon Spenser – Head of Client and Investment Services
Simon Spenser oversees client and broker services, relationship management, and middle office operations. A qualified accountant, Simon has extensive experience in financial services, holding roles such as Administration Manager and Compliance Officer. He is a member of the Executive Committee, Company Secretary for multiple entities, and a Director on the Board of Nedgroup Investments (IoM).
Helen Christian – Head of Finance
Helen Christian joined Nedgroup in 2011 and manages financial reporting and controls. A Chartered Accountant since 1998, her career spans banking and asset management. Helen is a member of both the Board of Directors for Nedgroup Investments (IoM) and the Executive Committee.
Peter Brogan – Head of Risk and Compliance
Peter Brogan leads the Risk and Compliance team, bringing nearly two decades of experience in compliance and regulatory roles across investment, banking, and TCSP industries. He holds an International Diploma in Compliance and is a member of the Executive Committee.
Rick van Rouwendaal – Head of Business Solutions
With over 15 years of experience bridging IT and business, Rick van Rouwendaal joined Nedgroup in 2018 as a Business Analyst. He specializes in information engineering and digital systems and now serves as Head of Business Solutions and a member of the Executive Committee.
