Latest offerings from adamfayed.com

What are our latest offerings? It is a question I get asked all the time, so I have created this page, which will be updated regularly.

Primary service

Our primary service is, and will always remain, lump sum and monthly investments for expats and high-net-worth individuals.

Within that, there are several different options, including downside-protected investments, whereby you have the opportunity to earn money even if the markets are down.

Each option is tailored to your personal needs and circumstances, and includes financial planning guidance. Our core service will never change.

The only thing which will be tweaked will be offering new investments, within the portfolio, to our clients, when an opportunity is seen in the market.

Our primary service is complemented by the following side services.

Improving existing investments.

Many people have investments they aren’t happy with. These could be self-managed or advisor-led investments.

If you are in this situation, I can review and improve existing investments, provided the account value is above a certain threshold.

Click here to apply for that service.

Fixed-return, A-rated bond, paying 8.1% per year.

For a minimum $100,000 investment, we have access to an A-rated bond coming from the UK. The bond pays 8.1% per year, and is secured against the collateral of the company in question.

Fixed-return investments coming from the UK

a1 3

We currently have access to a two-year investment offering, coming from the UK. Linked to property developments, this option pays 10% per year or 24% after two years. Many of the developments are big enough to attract the likes of Costa Coffee, Lidl, Starbucks and Mcdonald’s.

Plenty of the developments are linked to roadside retail-like in the picture above, residential and various commercial projects.

US and American-expat investment services

a1 1

It isn’t easy to be an American expat and get access to quality investments, without a lot of hassle. This is especially the case after FATCA.

I have partnered with a US SEC-regulated firm, that can help expats and local American residents alike with 401s, portfolio investing and much else.

Private equity

In a world of zero per cent interest rates, people are looking for alternatives. Private equity is a high-risk asset, which can fall to zero or give incredible returns.

We have sourced projects ranging from the healthcare through to the hospitality sector.

Property

a1 4

Getting an expat, or non-resident mortgage isn’t easy. We have sourced several players in the market who can open up doors to UK, German and some other property markets.

Second residency and citizenship, including EU residency and citizenship

Are you looking to gain access to an EU passport, or perhaps offshore yourself to a low-tax jurisdiction?

Foreign exchange, especially for the Chinese market.

It isn’t easy to get money out of China, and a few other countries. We have sourced some foreign exchange experts who can help with the process.

Insurance

Expat health and life insurance isn’t interesting for most people but is often a necessary evil.

Our investment clients are also able to claim discounts on insurers we have sourced, meaning saved money compared to the stated online price.

Bank accounts

For all existing investment clients, we can help source bank accounts. This service is particularly useful for people based in certain “high-risk” jurisdictions.

I confirm that I don’t currently reside in the United States, Puerto Rico, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Cuba or any heavily-sanctioned countries.

If you live in the UK, please confirm that you meet one of the following conditions:

1. High-net-worth

I make this statement so that I can receive promotional communications which are exempt

from the restriction on promotion of non-readily realisable securities.

The exemption relates to certified high net worth investors and I declare that I qualify as such because at least one of the following applies to me:

I had, throughout the financial year immediately preceding the date below, an annual income

to the value of £100,000 or more. Annual income for these purposes does not include money

withdrawn from my pension savings (except where the withdrawals are used directly for

income in retirement).

I held, throughout the financial year immediately preceding the date below, net assets to the

value of £250,000 or more. Net assets for these purposes do not include the property which is my primary residence or any money raised through a loan secured on that property. Or any rights of mine under a qualifying contract or insurance within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) order 2001;

  1. c) or Any benefits (in the form of pensions or otherwise) which are payable on the

termination of my service or on my death or retirement and to which I am (or my

dependents are), or may be entitled.

2. Self certified investor

I declare that I am a self-certified sophisticated investor for the purposes of the

restriction on promotion of non-readily realisable securities. I understand that this

means:

i. I can receive promotional communications made by a person who is authorised by

the Financial Conduct Authority which relate to investment activity in non-readily

realisable securities;

ii. The investments to which the promotions will relate may expose me to a significant

risk of losing all of the property invested.

I am a self-certified sophisticated investor because at least one of the following applies:

a. I am a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for

at least the last six months prior to the date below;

b. I have made more than one investment in an unlisted company in the two years

prior to the date below;

c. I am working, or have worked in the two years prior to the date below, in a

professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for

small and medium enterprises;

d. I am currently, or have been in the two years prior to the date below, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.
