Embedded content from other websites

Adam Fayed accepts no responsibility for third-party sites available through the Adam Fayed website, via hyperlink or otherwise and that any access to, or use of, a third-party site is solely at the user’s own risk.

Terms and Conditions

This page outlines the terms and conditions which adamfayed.com wants to make you aware of.   By making use of this website, you are bound by the terms and conditions.

Marketing company

We are a marketing website which supports financial companies, providers and some regulated networks.  We also refer business to regulated third-party brokers.

Reverse Solicitation

We never “actively” seek clients including via cold calling people we don’t know and in-person networking.

If you use our services in any way, or access our website, you were the ones to reach out to us, and not the only way around.

The services described on our website are intended solely for clients who have approached Adam Fayed on their own initiative and not as a result of any direct or indirect marketing or solicitation. Any engagement with clients is undertaken strictly on a reverse solicitation basis, meaning that the client initiated contact with Adam Fayed without any prior solicitation.

Nothing on this website represents an offer to buy or sell any insurance or investment product or buy any financial services.

Website, Materials and Guidance

Our website and Materials are not intended for distribution or publication in any country or jurisdiction where such use is contrary to any applicable laws.

The Materials should not be considered investment advice, tax or legal advice nor a solicitation to invest.

Some of our products and services won’t be available in your jurisdiction. None are available in the United States as an example, apart from an agreement we have with an SEC-regulated brokerage.

If you engage with us, it is your responsible to check if the services are compliant with the laws governing you.

You shouldn’t assume that just because one of our directors, staff, associates or partners lives in country A, that automatically means we are regulated in that country. It doesn’t mean that Adam Fayed or our affiliates are regulated in that jurisdiction. We never claim our services or products are regulated in the jurisdiction where you live. Investments can go up or down, so we can’t be held liable for any falls in your investment account, if you implement what you perceive to be guidance from us, or indeed eventually take guidance from us.

Even if we agree to provide services to you, you should consider what we are offering as guidance. As of April 2025, Adam Fayed is not providing investment advice. He is only providing guidance and a facilitation service.

It should be understood that you have approach us on a referral agreement basis where we refer you to suitable investment providers and sometimes regulated entities, rather than us approaching you.

Any views or opinions expressed are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect the official position or policy of adamfayed.com, or for that matter, Adam Fayed, who uses third party staff extensively.

We do not claim that we intentionally want to distribute through the internet and in places where it isn’t permitted to do so by law.

Investments are best done long-term and can rise or fall and you can lose more than you put in. We cannot be held responsible for any loses.

Investors should seek regulated financial advice in the country where they are based in regarding the appropriateness of investing in any securities, investments or insurance, and should realise that statements regarding future returns may not be realized. Any average returns are merely past averages. Past returns are not guarantees of future returns.

Before making any decision or taking any action, investors are urged to seek independent tax or financial advice. For some nationalities it makes sense to seek advice in your home country as well.

All advice or guidance is being given outside of your country of residency and citizenship unless otherwise stated – including via the regulated entities we sometimes refer to.

Accuracy

While we may update the information and Materials available on adamfayed.com from time to time, there is no obligation for us to do so. It is therefore possible that some information and materials on adamfayed.com may be out of date.

Third Parties

We cannot be held legally responsible, in any jurisdiction, for third party suggestions or their terms and conditions, including surrender penalties, charges, fees and legal terms.

You have read and understood all the terms and conditions for suggested third-party providers and should never engage with any solutions without doing that and doing your own research. Those terms and conditions include the administrative and other costs, surrender charges as well as the governing law and jurisdiction.

It is your responsibility to read those terms and conditions. It is the official policy of adamfayed.com and Adam Fayed himself that regardless of what is suggested to you, you should do your own due diligence.

Moreover, any information posted online by third parties or their policies should not be considered our official position.

Events outside Our Control

We cannot be held responsible for investing losses period.  You should especially be aware that we can’t control events like pandemics, lockdowns, the economy, terrorist attacks and so on.

We also can’t control if a platform, bank, investment provider or trustee goes out of business.

Even though there are protections like a segregated account system, the only two certainties in life are death and taxes.

Networks

We sometimes use regulated investment networks to manage our clients’ policy.

Your agreement is therefore between the network and yourself, rather than with adamfayed.com or directors.

Associate agreements

Almost all our staff have associate agreements with persons that use our emails and branding.  In other words, they have their own companies or are freelancers and use our emails and branding.

The positions they take shouldn’t be considered our official position and we can’t be held legally responsible for their guidance.

If you decide to engage in an investment policy on their suggestion, even if they are using our branded email, you shouldn’t consider it the official advice of adamfayed.com or Adam Fayed himself.

If any of our staff, affiliates or partners break any of the relevant terms and conditions, such as the reverse solicitation clause, please bring it to our attention.

We will act as needed. We cannot, however, be held legally responsible for the actions of associates on associate agreements.

Change of terms and conditions

We can change our terms and conditions at any time.

Your continued use of our website will be deemed your acceptance, unconditionally, of these terms and conditions.  It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions every time you access our website or Materials.  You are always bound by the current, and updated, versions of the terms and conditions and applicable laws.

However, we can never change investment terms and conditions, as we don’t hold your money directly. Relevant third parties do.

Distribution

All the images, texts and Materials on our website should not be distributed, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

International AMG Ltd

As of 2025, International AMG Ltd in the UK is not taking on new clients for our fully managed service and is merely an office supporting the international operations.

Regulatory Bodies

Third parties we work with are usually regulated, as are the funds within them. This often includes tier one regulations such as UCITS funds, which are often held by some of the largest custodian banks in the world like JP Morgan with trillions of dollars of assets.

We aren’t FCA regulated, nor are any of our solutions regulated by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), unless stated so.

We do sometimes partner with FCA-regulated firms on a referral basis. If so, you will be informed in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, it should be assumed that our company aren’t subject to regulation by the FCA or any other financial services regulator including MIFID 11 in Europe or any other regulators globally.

At most, our partners (such as networks and referral partners) can be, but it should only be assumed this is the case if you are specifically told that you are dealing with a company which is regulated in a specific country.

As of 2025, we only take clients living in Singapore and Hong Kong through locally licensed networks, companies and providers if they are buying regulated financial products, as permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

We do not claim to be regulated by the MAS or DFSA, SCA, FSRA or any regulatory body. We may refer you to those partners if it is permissible under applicable laws and regulations.

Regulatory Requirements

Whilst the official position of adamfayed.com is that all our suggestions are coming outside of your country of residency and we can’t be held legally responsible for those suggestions, we might sometimes be required to collect information such as tax numbers for legal reasons.

If you lie or fail to update us on any matter, such as your tax number, address and any anti-money laundering matter, we cannot be held legally responsible for that.

Referral Partners

Whilst we train most of our staff, associates and partners, we can’t be held responsible for any failures on their part, as it is impossible to police every person involved to ensure they are complying with our requests in terms of ethical and proper conduct.

All our staff or associates are independent contractors – either they have their own companies or work as self-employed consultants – so we can’t be held accountable for that. Therefore, any agreements are between you and the independent contractor, or directly with third parties.

Dispute Resolution, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes should be handled between contracting parties, and the contract is between you and third-party providers – not between you and us or our directors, as we are a referral partner or a company that provides guidance only.

The governing law and jurisdiction are determined by the contract between you and the relevant third parties.

You agree that you do not have legal claim against Adam Fayed personally, nor any associated companies where he has shareholdings.

Errors on Our Websites or Emails etc.

We cannot take any responsibility for errors, omissions, or infringing material and any responsibility associated with relying on the information provided on our website.

How We Collect, Store, Protect, Use and Access collected information

We only collect user information if you have contacted us. We don’t store information of anybody who has contacted us on this server.

We only store information if you have specifically asked for us to do so. For example, if you sign up for our mailing list, then we store your email as per your request. You may unsubscribe at any time, at the bottom of the email, which will automatically mean we haven’t stored your information.

In other words, you are in full control of your personal data, and we always protect your data privacy. That includes a policy of never selling your data.

Third Party Reviews

We regularly review third party investment solutions. Even if we give positive reviews, this shouldn’t be seen as a solicitation to invest, and we can’t be held responsible for investment losses.

Unless stated otherwise, any of the solutions discussed on this website should be considered as not registered as a broker-dealer in any jurisdiction unless specified otherwise and the products discussed have not been registered or approved by any central bank, governmental or regulatory authority in any jurisdiction unless we state that they have been.

We never hold money ourselves and can’t be held responsible for third party losses if those financial institutions go bankrupt.

It is the exclusive responsibility of the investor to consider carefully the material circumstances of each investment prior to making an investment decision.

With any investment or insurance product, we recommend that you read all terms and conditions and the latest documentation available and seek professional advice if considering making an investment.

Emails

If you contact us asking us for more information about any topic, you may not forward or copy those emails onto anybody without prior agreement from us, for any reason.

The [email protected] email may be controlled by numerous people. Hence, any email contents sent by that address shouldn’t automatically be considered to be the official view of adamfayed.com or Adam Fayed, and they are usually for general guidance only.

We try to send out all emails from the adamfayed.com domain, for example [email protected]. However, sometimes we may use personal emails or emails associated with our other business activity.

Therefore, in these situations, the terms and conditions here also apply to any communication sent out from [email protected][email protected][email protected][email protected][email protected] or any email associated with Adam Fayed or adamfayed.com.

Honesty and Criminal Behaviour including Past Criminal Behaviour

As a client engaging in any third-party solution, you will comply with international anti-money laundering requirements and won’t try to launder money or engage in legal behaviour.

You will also tell us if you have been convicted of any crime. We cannot be held responsible if you have provided false information even though we always do our due diligence.

Politically Exposed Persons

You will tell us, where necessary, if you are a politically exposed person (PEP). We cannot be held responsible for this.

Translated Content

This website regularly has content in non-English language. This includes Chinese, Korean and many other languages. We cannot be held responsible for any false translation or statements coming from these articles as we don’t and can’t speak these languages ourselves, hence the need and reliance on translators.

American Sanctioned Countries

We don’t take anybody from “American sanctioned countries” such as people living in Iran. We have the right to refuse any client, in any country, and for any reason.

We don’t automatically exclude many countries apart from US residents, Iran and other US sanctioned places.

If you do manage to sign up, for example due to lying about your country of residency or you move to one of these countries after signing up but don’t mention it to us, we can’t be held legally responsible for that.

Likewise, we can’t be held legally responsible if one of our affiliates signs up somebody from one of these countries, including the US and US sanctioned countries.

In such instances, you should inform us, and we will take an action although we cannot be held legally responsible for that.

The official position of adamfayed.com is that if you are an American resident, or a resident or citizen of American-sanctioned countries, you shouldn’t deal with us for investment guidance or advice. You should only deal with our referral partners.

High-Risk Investments

We only refer you to investment partners. Some investments, such as unregulated private debt paying over 10% and private equity, are high risk. The chances of default or fraud from those providers are higher than regulated investments.

All the following investments carry a lot of risk in most cases:

  • Loan notes and other forms of private debt
  • Individual stocks and bonds
  • Private equity

We can also be paid a commission, or fee, for offering such investments.

In many cases, these investments aren’t part of any compensation schemes. Loan notes can easily default and are high-risk investments in most cases.

Any low or medium risk investor should avoid private debt and equity due to the default and fraud risk. If you ignore this suggestion, you are going against our official position.

You understand that by investing in these instruments that you have no legal recourse against anybody affiliated with any of us, or the third-party providers.

We are not regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority).  Whilst these firms often have an FCA regulated security trustee, that doesn’t mean that they are low risk.

We only act as an introducer to the above-mentioned investment companies. We will not be responsible or liable of any losses. If investments turn out to be fraudulent, you agree that we are not liable.

Populating Investment or Insurance Platforms

On occasion, our staff might ask you to complete forms which we will use to populate application forms.

By signing those forms, you have given us legal authority to do so, and you should consider your signature as consent for us to do that, if applicable.

Complaints Procedures

All complaints will go to [email protected] only.

WhatsApp Communication

WhatsApp messages from Adam Fayed or his staff and affiliates, do not necessarily represent the official position of adamfayed.com or Adam Fayed himself, nor any of our affiliated companies, or third parties. Those messages are for guidance only and we cannot be held legally responsible for those messages.

You agree to not distribute those messages to any third parties, businesses, companies or bodies.

The same applies to any other messenger apps, such as Facebook Messenger, Line, WeChat etc.

Phone Numbers

Just because one of our associates uses a number, it shouldn’t be assumed that he or she is regulated in that area. For example, Adam Fayed uses a UK WhatsApp number, but it shouldn’t be assumed that he is regulated in UK, just because his number is from the UK. Likewise, somebody with a UK number, shouldn’t be considered as a regulated UK advisor.

We cannot be held legally responsible for any assumptions you make.

If anybody affiliates with us, or even a random person online, claims we are regulated in a location, you should assume that we are not.

We never hold money. We regularly use unregulated solutions, and our regulated solutions are not regulated in the UK, EU or other highly regulated places unless stated otherwise.

All our suggestions should therefore be considered as suggestions, guidance or facilitation, and not regulated advice, unless you are explicitly told that you are getting advice from one of the regulated entities we co-operate with.

Guarantees

The only guarantees in life are death and taxes. Even A rated financial institutions, like Lehman Brothers, can go bankrupt.

If any of our staff, affiliates or anybody else uses the word guaranteed, it should be assumed as “capital guaranteed subject to x and y terms and conditions”.

It also isn’t the official position of Adam Fayed or adamfayed.com. Our official position is that there is no such thing as guarantees in life or investing.

Capital-protected and insured investments are also not the same thing as being a guaranteed investment.

Admin and Compliance

We might outsource some of our admin and compliance paperwork. We can’t be held legally responsible for any actions or inactions by them.

Podcast Appearances

If Adam Fayed, or anybody associated with Adam Fayed, appears on podcasts, Youtube etc, that doesn’t represent the official position of Adam Fayed or adamfayed.com and associated companies.

We can’t be held legally responsible for those comments and appearances and any comments shouldn’t be considered as investment advice.

Mass Mailing

We do not mass mail unless you sign up for our newsletter or through the Investing Right App.

If you believe you have been added by mistake, please unsubscribe, which is available on each email.

If any independent contractors mass mail you, this isn’t our official company policy and isn’t the official position of our brand.

Fake Profiles

Adamfayed.com, Adam Fayed and our directors, affiliates and third parties, cannot be held legally responsible for fake profiles or websites on the internet, including on Quora, Medium and other social media platforms.

Likewise, if you engage with another contributor from adamfayed.com, after seeing their content on this website or whilst attending a webinar, we cannot be held legally responsible for that.

DMCA Requests

All DMCA take down service requests and notices should be sent to [email protected] and specify the exact URL of the page that requires action – otherwise it will be too difficult for us to help you with any request.

Legitimate requests will be given the proper consideration.

Refunds

You will not seek refunds for any of our products or services.
