Third party reviews
We regularly review third party investment solutions. Even if we give positive reviews, this shouldn’t be seen as a solicitation to invest and we can’t be held responsible for investment losses.

American sanctioned countries
We don’t take anybody from “American sanctioned countries” such as people living in Iran.
We have the right to refuse any client, in any country, and for any reason.
We don’t automatically exclude many countries apart from US residents, Iran and other US sanctioned places.
However, if you do manage to sign up, for example due to lying about your country of residency or you move to one of these countries after signing up but don’t mention it to us, we can’t be held legally responsible for that.

Previous companies I have been employed at
Those that transfer their policy to me, regardless of whether that is ex-clients, current clients of mine or clients from other advisory firms that have transferred their policies to me, have no claim against me in terms of the original advice that was given.
adamfayed.wordpress.com, firstname.lastname@example.org and medium.com
These terms and conditions also apply to adamfayed.wordpress.com, my profiles at medium.com and any communication coming from email@example.com.
Engaging me with on those mediums represents a signature of your consent to these terms and conditions
Third party app and Mailchimp
Those that have completed the Investing Right App have usually asked to be subscribed to our newsletter.
Everybody has the right to unsubscribe at any time. We can’t be legally held responsible for third party apps.
Fraudulent investments and investment fund failures.
We do extensive due diligence on investment opportunities around the world.
Fortunately, we have never been in the position whereby an investment has been fraudulent.
However, it has happened before, where good investments have turned bad for other investment brokers.
For example, private investments, that were initially producing excellent returns, only for the owner to start a Ponzi scheme.
Bernie Madoff is the most famous example. Investment advisors, even those that did a lot of due diligence on him, couldn’t see anything wrong with his funds.
We can’t be held responsible for any fund failures and fraudulent funds even though we have never been in this position.
Likewise, we cannot be held legally responsible for any IT hacks against your personal information, even though it has never happened and we take it very seriously.
Populating investment or insurance platforms
On occasion, our staff might ask you to complete forms which we will use to populate application forms.
By signing those forms, you have given us legal authority to do so, and you should consider your signature as consent for us to do that, if applicable.
Occasionally we offer unregulated investments, due to the superior investment returns they can offer.
Those investments, including Godin Capital, could go down to 0. You will have no recourse, in any court of law, for any losses.
That is fully explained in the application form.
All complaints will go to firstname.lastname@example.org only. No client will complain to outside individuals, companies or bodies.
If you cannot agree to that term, you shouldn’t engage with this website, or any of its advisors, directors or affiliates.
No disputes may take place in the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, the US or your country of residency or citizenship, or in any country globally,.
Quora and other online activities
Nobody may republish my content from Quora, adamfayed.com or any other website, without first gaining my approval.
All articles associated with adamfayed.com, including Quora, Medium etc, cannot be considered a solicitation to invest.
Every client that engages with us, in any form or on any forum, must agree to the terms and conditions of this website.
We will not accept clients who haven’t visited our website or read one of our emails which has the terms and conditions in the footer as a link.

Those messages are for guidance only and we cannot be held legally responsible for those messages.
You agree to not distribute those messages to any third parties, businesses, companies or bodies.
The same applies to any other messenger apps, such as Facebook Messenger, Line, WeChat etc.
Just because one of our associates uses a number, it shouldn’t be assumed that he or she is regulated in that area.
For example, Adam Fayed uses a Japanese WhatsApp number, but it shouldn’t be assumed that he is regulated in Japan, just because his number is from Japan.
Likewise, somebody with a UK number, shouldn’t be considered as a regulated UK advisor.
We cannot be held legally responsible for any assumptions you make.
If anybody affiliates with us, or even a random person online, claims we are regulated in a location, you should assume that we are not.
We never hold money, we regularly use unregulated solutions and our regulated solutions are never regulated in the UK, EU or other highly regulated places.
As we ourselves conduct our business based on trust when we are the consumer, we expect you to do the same.
The only guarantees in life are death and taxes. Even A rated financial institutions, like Lehman Brothers, can go bankrupt.
If any of our staff, affiliates or anybody else uses the word guaranteed, it should be assumed as “capital guaranteed subject to x and y terms and conditions”.
It also isn’t the official position of Adam Fayed or adamfayed.com. Our official position is that there is no such thing as guarantees in life or investing.
Nobody can write a review article about Adam Fayed, adamfayed.com or any affiliated companies or entities without first getting permission.
Nobody might write informal reviews either, on places like Trustpilot and similar review website, unless you first get permission.
Admin and compliance

Journalists or competitors
No journalist, competitor company or anybody else might approach this website under false pretence. If you want to ask me something openly, that is fine, but we have a right to refuse.
Any information obtained from such means, isn’t the official position of adamfayed.com, its directors, affiliated companies or Adam Fayed himself.
We do not mass mail unless you sign up for our newsletter or through the Investing Right App.
If you believe you have been added by mistake, please unsubscribe, which is available on each email.

Rules are always changing around the world, including in Hong Kong.
What you discuss and agree with the providers is up to you, and any losses can’t be blamed on us in any jurisdiction.
Adamfayed.com, Adam Fayed and our directors, affiliates and third parties, cannot be held legally responsible for fake third party websites on the internet, including on Quora, Medium and other social media platforms.
Likewise, if you engage with another contributor from adamfayed.com, after seeing their content on this website or whilst attending a webinar, we cannot be held legally responsible for that.
Recording and videos
You may not record our communication, or distribute it. That includes on Zoom webinars or any medium where adamfayed.com is represented, either directly or indirectly.
We may, on occasion, get third parties to make sales calls. These calls may be recorded as may our conversations with you.
Legal recourse in general/capital at risk
There will be no legal recourse, in any country, for any of the things mentioned above.
You deal with us at your own risk and based on trust. If you feel as though you want access to legal recourse, and even think there is a chance you would want to pursue a case against an advisor, you should only deal with an advisor that is regulated in your home country or country of residency.
For example, if you are British, only deal with a UK Financial Conduct Authority regulated advisor.
It should be assumed that your capital is at risk when investing, that you could experience an 100% loss in an extreme situation and you have no legal recourse if something happens to the contrary.
By agreeing with all of the above terms and conditions, you agree not to take the directors, staff, affiliates and partners to court in any country, or to defame us on any online or offline platform.
Neither Adam Fayed, adamfayed.com, affiliates, staff or anybody else even loosely connected to this website, will take legal responsible for any of the above or any other claim made against it.
