Go Asset Finance Income Bonds Review

This review will focus on Go Asset Finance income bonds.

Go Asset Finance Ltd. is the Go Group’s specialized asset-backed finance business. Its only purpose is to supply capital to asset-backed lenders and pawnbrokers who hold and pledge assets like real estate, luxury automobiles, and metals.

The Go Group consists of two other specialist finance companies, Go Commercial Finance Ltd and RA-ESG PLC.

Go Asset Finance provides trade finance and business loans, among other services. In order to accommodate the large number of funding applications it receives, the firm produces income and growth bonds, which have appealing interest rates.

Are income bonds worth it?

Are income bonds worth it

Pros of Go Asset Finance income bonds

  • When compared to ordinary market rates, savings accounts, corporate bonds, and government bonds, income bond rates are appealing.
  • The investment being collateral-supported provides investors with an additional layer of protection.
  • Monthly or quarterly interest payments offers investors with a consistent source of income, which is advantageous for individuals looking for a reliable source of cash flow.
  • The business has a 100% payment record for all bond and share payments, demonstrating its dependability in fulfilling its financial obligations so far.

Fixed income bonds risk

  • The income bonds have large minimum transaction amounts, just like the growth bonds.
  • Interest rate risk affects income bonds, which means that if rates rise, their value could fall and hence impact the bonds’ resale value.
  • Even though the bonds are tradeable, liquidity issues may still exist, particularly for the bigger minimum investment bonds. This might make it more difficult to sell the bonds promptly and for a reasonable price.
