      1. Hi. I’m a 62yr old, currently full-time employed Australian, living in Australia. I’m looking to buy (lease) a villa in Bali, about now, for investment, and thinking of retiring to live there in about 5 years. I’m not ‘wealthy’ but not ‘poor’. I can’t afford to have a Pt PMA now (I believe you now require IDR 10 billion for that?) but could if I sell my home upon retirement. I am just at the beginning of researching this and keen to learn about and understand all the processes.
        Thank you 🙂

        1. Thanks for your message Phil. The article is for informational purposes only. We don’t help people buy villas in Bali. What I would say is that renting in Bali is cheaper than buying. If you rent and use the extra money to invest, then you can create cashflow. We can help with alternative investments to buying property if you prefer that option.

  7. Good Day Eric,
Im interested in learning more and feel overwhelmed by the abundance of information out there about investing. An investment advisor would certainly be the better way for me to invest, but id also like to be knowledgeable so I can ask the right questions and not simply give them my money. I appreciate the simplicity with which youve explained everything. Would you kindly share the expat investment guide please and thanks.
