“It’s only one house” – one of the best pieces of advice that I have ever got

In previous articles I have spoken about investing in stocks vs real estate.

I made the point that housing isn’t always the best investment. Let’s say for a moment, however, that you get lucky.

Your house skyrockets in value by 2030 or 2040, because you invest in the “new London” or Hong Kong.

Why is this not always the best thing in the world if it is your primary residency?

Speaking about things which go against conventional wisdom, which politically incorrect business techniques can work?

Finally, JP Morgan announced this week that they will move hundreds of billions pound of London.

Is that significant and what can British investors do that are worried about Brexit or the value of the Pound falling?
