For the convenience of the locals, it has common swimming pools, playgrounds, and dining facilities. Your furry pals are just as welcome in this community because it is pet-friendly, which is really an awesome feature for fur moms and dads.  Greens is the definition of tranquility and quiet, with gardens, walks shaded by trees, and a lake. Let’s look at some of The Greens Dubai’s main advantages for relocating.

Easy access

The Greens Dubai is situated in a prominent area of the city. It is close to Barsha Heights at one end and offers simple access to Al Khail Road at the other. Popular business districts such as Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers are also easily accessible by car.

Where to shop at The Greens

Shopaholics can easily indulge in their passion of shopping while residing at The Greens as it is close to three well-known malls in Dubai: the Mall of the Emirates (15 minutes away), Ibn Battuta (10 minutes away), and Dubai Marina Mall (10 minutes away). A variety of eateries, a supermarket, a coffee shop, a bookstore, a photo studio, a beauty salon, a pharmacy, and a mini-mall called “The Greens Souk” can all be found at The Greens Dubai. You can eat at the restaurants and purchase all of your favorite goods from the mall.

If The Greens Dubai residents wish to engage in some retail therapy, they may also go to Ibn Battuta Mall. Numerous retailers, including Lucky Brand, Lace, Ginger, New Look Home Box, Ginger, Paris Gallery, Debenhams, and HomeR Us, can be found at the Ibn Battuta Mall. It also features a few dining options, such as TGIF, Pizza Express, and Shakespeare and Co., in addition to stores.

Restaurants available at The Greens Dubai

The Greens is home to numerous restaurants, including Mashawi, Yugo Sushi, and Wagamama. Activities for leisure in and around The Greens Dubai

Living in The Greens opens up a wide range of recreational opportunities. The Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), which is only 15 minutes away, has an open beach where you can enjoy yourself. You can go to Lucky Voice Karaoke and sing your heart out there. Meanwhile if you enjoy sports, you may also go to the Emirates Golf Club and play golf all you want.

The Dubai Moving Image Museum offers information about historical events to The Greens residents who enjoy historical artifacts. There is a chance for thrill seekers to visit the Jebel Ali Racecourse, which is nearby.

There is only one parking space available for each resident of The Greens apartments, thus if you own more than one vehicle, you’d have to leave your extra car parked on the street. You might also have a little trouble finding a spot on the street at night. However, it should not become such a big issue compared to the amenities of the community.
