Oferta Serie 1 Bono de Renta Fija

La emisión de bonos de renta fija permite a los inversores protegerse del riesgo manteniendo liquidez. El bono ofrece un interés anual del 12%, pagado trimestralmente a posteriori, con vencimiento a dos años.

La Serie 1 es la primera tranche del programa de bonos de Redhat Capital.

Estos bonos cotizan en la Bolsa de Viena, requieren un mínimo de inversión de 100.000 € y están disponibles en GBP, USD y EUR.

Las obligaciones están respaldadas por activos de la empresa y están dirigidas a inversores profesionales y contrapartes calificadas. El fiduciario es The City Partnership Trustee (UK) Ltd.

Los poseedores de criptomonedas pueden convertir sus monedas en USD para invertir en el bono Redhat.

Debido a la fuerte demanda, Redhat Capital aumentó el programa de emisión de 2 a 5 mil millones de euros para su Serie 2, aunque no se han revelado detalles adicionales sobre esta segunda tranche.

Asignación de Activos

El bono está estructurado para superar estándares del sector, reduciendo exposición al mercado, gestionando el riesgo y generando retornos estables sin importar el contexto.

El 25 % de los activos está en equity (liquidez), invertido principalmente en grandes compañías de EE.UU. y blue‑chips del Reino Unido. Un 15 % se destina a commodities como energía y metales por medio de futuros y opciones. El 13 % está en futuros de índices, sobre todo de EE.UU. y Reino Unido.

¿Cómo Invertir?

Existen cuatro vías para participar en la inversión:

  3. Con un gestor discrecional regulado.
