Este bono pertenece a la Serie 13, lanzada en 2020, siendo parte de la primera emisión de dicha serie.

El valor total previsto para la serie es de 25 millones de libras, con emisiones individuales de hasta 20 millones; el monto real dependerá de las suscripciones.

La seguridad del bono está respaldada por activos de TVR, fabricante de coches deportivos fundado en 1947, mediante una garantía flotante (floating charge).

El bono ofrece una tasa fija del 8,25% anual, pagada trimestralmente, con vencimiento el 30 de abril de 2025.
Está listado en Euronext Dublín y se puede comprar o vender cada día.

El bono es elegible para inversiones en fondos UCITS, cuentas de pensiones personales (SIPP) y cuentas de ahorro individuales.

Inversión Mínima

La suscripción mínima es de 10.000 libras para participar en la emisión.

Durante el período de oferta, hay un mínimo de negociación de 100.000 euros, aunque en el mercado secundario el bono es libremente transferible sin mínimo.
